Tera Protect corner bumper with roller

Green Tera Protect corner collision protection with a stable guide roller prevents damage to building corners, columns, machine grids, partition wall systems or technical fixtures. The guide roller deflects the impact energy to the side. This approx. 40 cm high and very resistant corner collision protection made of 6 mm steel is an effective collision protection according to DGUV rule 108-007.

Due to the warning markings (yellow/black or red/black) according to the rules BGV A8 and ASR A1.3 the system is very conspicuous. The signal colors provide very efficient marking of hazardous areas indoors and outdoors.

According to DGUV regulation 108-007

Due to its design, the corner approach protection can be built very close to the object to be protected. DGUV Regulation 108-007 specifies that fixed racks must be secured at their corner areas and at the passageways by an impact guard that is at least 30 cm high, adequately dimensioned, not connected to the rack, and marked with a yellow and black hazard sign. We recommend a distance to the area to be protected of approx. 3 – 6 cm.

Fastening with bolt anchors ensures safety

The corner collision protection is supplied with four bolt anchors and special drill, which ensures extremely secure anchoring in suitable soils. The energy absorption is over 400 Nm and thus provides a lot of protection in many areas. If the impact energy is higher, then the upper part separates from the floor plate, so that damage to the hall floor can be prevented.
